Hi,

I’ve just converted my old out house into a utility room and knocked through from the living room.

The old laminate flooring doesn’t reach to where the door is meaning there is a gap (around 3cm) between the end of the flooring and the threshold under the door. The pictured threshold isn’t the one we are using - will be matching better to colour of floor.

I’m not in a position to replace the laminate flooring in the living room so need a temp fix that will last a year or two.

I know it’s not going to look perfect but given the location of the door, flooring etc, I’m not too concerned for now.

What would be best course of action? Wood filler? Just need something that will work and look okay at a glance.

thanks
