Our kitchen has a working surface made of a material designed to look like polished black granite with some flecks in it. It has a couple of joins in it from which some of the filler material has now disappeared (the surface is rock solid so it is not due to movement).

I am very keen to fill the resultant gaps (about 1-2mm wide) but despite much searching (in shops and online) cannot find the right product to do this.

A kitchen shop offered to send someone round to do it but it was going to cost around £200!

Can anyone recommend a DIY solution please?

Thanks.

Thanks for both suggestions. Their websites suggest they are designed to work with laminate worktops. Would they also be ok with composite material ones?
