Filling Holes Where Heating Pipes Run

I have 2 15mm heating pipes going through a block work wall to feed another rad the otherside.

The guy who done the job drilled 22mm holes and passed the 15mm pipes through some 22mm pipe like a protection sleeve.

I now want to fill the hole to make it tidy, what fillers can be used that can withstand the heat of the heating pipes passing through the wall.

You could use sealant or caulk, but have you considered clip-on pipe collars?
