Hi guys

Whats the best way to fill in unevenly cut blocks (using a manual block cutter)? I am going to render it soon, but since the block lengths are uneven due to the cutter, the blocks will need to be straightened out before filling in. I was going to do it with the render, but it won't have the thickness needed and will probably fall off.

I think you're going to have to post a picture.
Why are your blocks uneven length? I am guessing this is at the end of your course?

It's a pier using half blocks, so one side is fine, but the other side for which I had to use the block breaker varies +/- 40mm. I'm using dense blocks 440mm.

80mm!! I'd probably re cut the block or if I was bodgie add another bit in.

But you could just fill it with mortar.
