Filling UK Networks application for relocating meter

I am making an application to have a single supply divided into two and relocate the meters in the entrance hall. I need help with filling section E as shown below.

Section E - Upgrade
Existing Power: KVA Single Phase
Required Power: KVA Single Phase (up to 23kva)

I took the following information from an electrician and may have noted it incorrectly:
Eiisting Power: 100 KVA Single Phase
Required Power: 60 Amp KVA Single Phase (up to 23kva)

I think you've got your units a bit mixed up...

V = Volts
A = Amps
VA = Volts x Amps
kVA = Volts x Amps /1000

In a normal domestic installation you will likely have 230 Volts x 100 Amps = 23000 VA or 23 kVA

or 230 Volts x 60 Amps = 13800 VA or 13.8 kVA

Not sure why you'd want to downgrade from 100A to 60A though?
