Fireboard, as good as Aquapanel for water resistance?

By as good, I mean resistance to damp/water ingress. It is in a shower area so I (think I) will be tanking anyway.

When I say fireboard, I mean the pink stuff which I think is cement based.

Just curious, I have not seen any posts about this on this site.
