You can usually plug in individually rated applainces upto 3KW on a ring.
The 2KW heaters will draw around 8.7A so should be fine to plug into the same ring. You may find that with them both on full power that if you have others things powered on the same ring (kettle/toaster etc) that nuisance tripping may be a probelm.
