fitting 150 timeswitch

hi guys - got a valliant ectoec plus 831 boiler with a honeywell cmt 920 wireless thermostat....dont like the thermostat, i want to fit the more conventional 150 timeswitch,.....family prefer this much user friendly control.....is it simply removing the connections from the boiler, terminals 3 and 4 i think where it was wired to....and the replacing the link back into terminal 3 and 4....and then just plugging in the 150 timeswitch into the face of the boiler..?..ta
