Fitting 2 service/isolating taps under sink.

Hi if any plumbers out there or members that have had similar work done could help me. Wondering about a ball park figure for a plumber to fit 2 service valves under the sink to cut water off instead of using main valve which is awkward to get to thx in advance

Area is Livingston in Scotland.

If it's simple enough to shut off both the hot and cold water supplying the taps then I would charge £75 + vat.
