Recommended fixings to fix a pitched (front gable) porch canopy and gallow brackets to a brick and block cavity wall.
The gallow brackets are 765mm high x 560mm deep (4" x 2") and will be fitted approx 2m apart.
The canopy is 2.3m long x 580mm deep with approx a 25 degree pitch, constructed with Sodra V C16 M Dry Graded 07.
The roof is to be tiled with suitable concrete/clay tiles, not yet decided but need to be suitable for the low pitched roof.
So, what type of fixings should be used and how many?
It is preferable to fix to the wall without the need for any form of columns!
Thanks in advance.
