Fitting around toilet and basin pedestal

Hi
I am desperate for some professional advice please.
In the process of doing the last 6 tiles which all need "trimming and fitting".

The tiles am am using are a very hard and brittle type. I have used an electric tile cutter to get the rough outline but now need to do the actual final trim. Do do this I have used a tile file (jig-saw type) and also a tile file (flat one side and rounded on the other side. It is hard work with little progress being made.

Any advice to get a near perfect finish would be grately appreciated.

You'll get those cuts easily with a decent diamond blade in an angle grinder.
