fitting new PIR to old alarm

Hi
i have an old alarm system and a PIR has failed. can anyone help me with wiring the new PIR in.
the old wiring reads.
yellow = NC
red = com
blue = +12V
black = 0V
green = SW 12V

and the new PIR has the following connections
+ and - (power 12VDC 10mA)
C and NC (alarm 16VDC 90mA)
T and T (tamper 30VDC 0.5A)
