I've bought a new PIR to replace a 10 year old one, however the terminal names are different. The old PIR was:
C BLUE WIRE
NC RED WIRE
+ YELLOW WIRE
- BLACK WIRE
& 2 TAMPER WHITE AND GREEN WIRES

However the new PIR is:

2 RELAY N.C
2 TAMPER N.C
GND
+12V

How should the new block be wired?

Thanks in advance

blue and red wire alarm NC

white and green tamper NC

0v - black wire

12v + yellow wire

the NC tamper and NC alarm are not polarity dependant, in other words you can wire them there is no volts to worry about.

make sure that you connect tamper connection to tamper connection and alarm connection to alarm connection.

other wise whaen you have finished you will walk in front of it and the system will go into tamper !!!!

as long as you make sure that you dont short the + amd - you wont pop a fuse in the panel

hope this helps
