Hi all.
I'm would like to somehow fix interlocking Eva foam carpet tiles to a plaster board stud wall and ceiling - similar to this:
https://softfloor.co.uk/product/ecarpet50-grey-light/

This is for a DIY golf simulator room. It's just a little extra protection if there is the rare glancing blow from the golf ball on to the wall. What would be the best way to fix them on? I would like the option of taking them down in the future if possible without causing to much damage. Would a strong double slided tape work? Or would that fail quickly?

Many thanks

Tape won’t stick to them , they have a textured surface and not rigid enough for tape .
You could use thin baton screwed to wall and ceiling then mechanically fix to baton.
Would only leave holes to fill when removed .Washers to spread fixing .https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/1524436588...U3awK9wT-XAA30q54A9EwQ-d3HtjEm_xoCXzsQAvD_BwE

Apologies for asking question back on older post. Would 6mm - 8ft x4 ft plywood sheets screwed onto the wall through the plasterboard and into the studs work? Then use something like sticks like sh*t turbo adhesive to stick the foam carpet tiles(like the attached photo) on the ply. This way I will only have screw holes to repair on the plasterboard if I ever take it down? If you agree this could work, should I use 42mm plasterboard screws to go all the way through ply, 15mm plasterboard and stud at every 8 inches? Cheers

Foam adhesive would work better.
Thanks for answering. Just to clarify.
For sticking tiles to the plywood, or plywood to plasterboard? I assume foam tiles to plywood, as I don't want to cause lots of damage to the plasterboard? If so, can you recommend a particular foam adhesive please?
