fixing plasterboard dry lining with foam

as the title suggests, has anyone done this, whats the procedure and have you got any tips??

I've done it. The procedure is .... spray some in dabs on the back, press the board against the wall, plumb it, hold for about 30 seconds, let go.

Mist the board and wall with a water mister, and this helps to speed up the curing time.

The above is for "Instastik", IIRC other brands don't cure/grab as quick
 
Be aware that foam adhesives are not as versatile as their wet mixed counterparts.
