The backplate of my oven has fallen off. All 4 screws appear to have either rusted out, or broken.

The plate is now resting on the floor of the oven and leaning, so that sometimes the fan catches it (probably not good) making a horrible noise.

Is there any way I can either get replacement ovenproof screws? Or can you suggest any other way of fixing it back up?

Please help! Thanks :)

I had the same problem with an older oven & ended up having to drill out the broken screws & then re-thread the the holes to accept 5mm bolts. I used stainless steel bolts to avoid the same issue further down the line. But I expect you could obtain the same result by using smaller self tapping type screws, in fact it's probably easier doing it that way.

I generally use larger self tappers when I find this problem, if the holes that are left are too large though its best to nut and bolt it back in.
