I live in a chalet-style bungalow and the builder or previous owner has put the plastic vertical soil pipe vent (110mm I think) through the pitched roof without a flashing kit.
Although the concrete roof tiles have been cut to allow this, there's a pretty big gap where water has been running into my loft space over time!
So I need to buy a flashing kit and have come across the following product which seems perfect for the job.
