How far should I go up with my ply?
Should I strip more tiles either side for my ply to run down?
Also would you put fittings strips at the end of my existing rafters..

Cheers

Firstly, how are you insulating the flattie? If it's a warm deck, then you are looking at in excess of 125mm Celotex on top of whatever furring strips you are fixing as well as the ply deck. Plus you need the equivalent of about 150mm (vertical) rise, which when going onto a shallow pitched roof can amount to a fair bit of travel up the roof.
