Flat roof replacement: cost and material comments

The house is in a mews where all the houses have flat roofs. Company 1 recommnds Triflex (2 quotes with/without insulation depending what they find). Company 2 recommends fibre glass. Pros and cons of materials? Prices realistic?

COMPANY 1
Quotation option 1 (Cold roof)
Price includes:

-Scaffolding
-Remove all the roof
-Remove on the back side coping stones (carefully so we can use them again)
-Remove front ridge (carefully so we can use again)
-Remove old lead flashing
-Remove old plywood OSB board
-Check condition of the roof joist and change where it is necessary
-Instal new vapour barrier green membrane
-Add new 18mm WBP plywood
-Add 4 coats (triflex) waterproof membrane on top of the plywood
-Supply and instal new lead flashing (code 4)
-Pointing of brick wall where it is necessary
-Put back copping stones and ridge
-Clean and remove all the rubbish

Price: £14,200+VAT

Quotation option 2 (worm roof)

Only extra materials and labour:
-18mm WBP plywood £700
-100mm Kingspan £1320
-Labour £1200

Total: £14,200+£3,220=£17,420+VAT

Quote for flat roof replacement
* to erect scaffolding to property
* to remove ridge tiles adjoining flat roof in order to carry out flat roof works
* to remove existing flat roof covering
* to re-board flat roof using 18mm osb boards
* to install new grp edges and trims to roof perimeter and upstands
* ro install new code 4 lead outlet roof gulley
* to install new grp fibre glass flat roof using premium quality resin and matting and finish using graphite grey top
* to install new grade 4 lead flashings to brickwork adjoining flat roof
* to re point walls adjoining flat roof
* to re fix ridges tiles after flat roof installation
* take away all rubbish
* new flat roof carries a 10 year guarantee

Highly likely the roof will require an insulation upgrade.
100mm is below current regs.

Probably the most queried /complained about flat roof on this site is grp.
We have seen many really mess ups.
And I'm my opinion grp is for boats .
I'd be inclined to get another quote or two . Nobody can say if these are expensive or not as we don't know the M2.
Me I'd look elsewhere

Me I'd look elsewhere
We have access to a seasoned flat roofer (three layer felt) and I would not thank you for rubber or GRP.
Very tidy.
