Flat roof tilting wrong way

Hi All!

Strange question but we are looking to move home and we did a survey. Although the flat roof about 8m2 is in good condition it is sloping the wrong way!!

Without removing and replacing the entire roof is there anyway you can adjust this? Raise the one end to tilt the right way somehow?
