Flat roof to garage apex roof - how can I bridge the gap?

Hello Everyone
I have a flat roof carport (currently with clear poly corrugated sheets) that butts up to a wooden garage with metal apex roof.
Any ideas as to how I can bridge the gap between the two to for a leak free join?
