Flavel Grill Microswitch replacement instructions

My grill won't stay lit.
It sometimes stays on, but if the cooker is knocked the gas will switch off.

The cooker is a Flavel ML51NDS. It's most likely the grill microswitch (as times when the grill stays on, if I tap the protruding switch pin, the grill turns off). I have identified the replacement switch as part no 410920649

What i'd like to know is the switch accessed? I don't want to start taking the cooker part unnecessarily, and removing random screws. Any instructions of guidance available please?
