seriously some people need to get a life on here,a straight question is it at risk/ncs for a cooker hose and its took 4 pages of nonsence and going of topic?? :eek: :rolleyes:

One point missed by a certain poster is that issuing a CP12 with warts and all mentioned protects you as the RGI. You have a record to PROVE you notified the LL of the current condition of his gas installation, good or bad.

This is evidence that might keep you out of prison, as if it can be shown you were the last RGI in attendance, and something horrible happened afterwards, and you didn't issue a CP 12, you are potentially on a very sticky wicket as it will be LL and his solicitors word against yours.

Sometimes its wise to protect your own back, and issuing a CP 12 does just that, as long as you've spotted the faults of course.

Yeah cause those jubilee clips dont always bite into garden hoses and seal properly :LOL:
 
Don't use the cheapo jubilee's, the thread isn't cut deep enough so the screw just jumps back when you tighten but keeps turning.
You should know this namsag the time you've been doing the job. :LOL:
