Hi chaps!
Last week I replaced a float valve in a CWS vessel which was passing.
The CWS vessel is located in a bedroom cupboard and the customer is complaining because she can hear it dripping for a couple of hours after she goes to bed.
I popped in to have a look today and it does drip unless you lift the float quite firmly.
Are there any float valves available that are a bit more “on and off” rather than the gradual slowing down and drilling of a conventional float valve?
Is it a bad idea to fit a side entry fill valve like you would in a toilet for instance?
