floor joist hangers,

I was hoping cuckoo might fly off buy and read the books recommended to him or her, but from his/her response this does not look likely to happen.

Am I and ChapiTheBricky the only ones who feel diy001 should stop burdening this forum with endless questions over how to build a complex structure(s) when all he/she is prepared to read is a simplistic RD manual instead of putting in the hours learning the subject by traditional methods?

Wavetrain I canont help but laugh at you're post, You recommended me a Book (For which i showed gratitude) but You Call these questions Complex?
If that book is really as good as you make out, you couldnt have read it much yourself, as you find my basic questions "COMPLEX".

If you feel my questions are that burdening for you than dont answer them simple as! This is a forrum, people ask questions, people give answers/advice.

You are right in what you say, but you are ignoring the import of the first four highlighted words.

YOU have to accept that in a forum (within the rules) people can make what comments they wish.

If you don't accept that, then - following on from the advice you gave - don't post any questions. OK ?

You have just indulged in a classic forum con of switching my writing around to create a completely new sentence and therefore completely different meaning. I wrote 'build a complex structure(s)', where 'complex structure(s)' refers the building or buildings you propose to build. I hope you understand that building something more involved than say a garden pond, requiring building regs approval etc, is a complex structure to someone with no building experience?

diy001 read more carefully, but if you cannot understand my English, perhaps ask someone to help you.

lol What this, you all ganging up on me now?
Mountainwalker, Are we even reading the same thread? Wavetrain was throwing a cheap insult at my expense. Its him that feels ""burdend" answering a few simple questions, Hence its him that has the problem not me otherwise he wouldnt pen contmept filled post.

And as for you freddymercurystwin, stay out of it. Dont treat sub experianced people like my self with such disdain by submitting such omnious post.

diy001 you have now accused myself and ChapiTheBricky of 'throwing cheap insults' at you. And also accused me of writing a 'contmept (sic) filled post'. Whatever next?

As for your rude remarks to FMT, they are unforgivable. Is this how you treat people in your day to day life?

Rude Remarks!!!! Come again.

Freddy are you trying to be funny? Because its bit of a dud joke.
Anyhow, i have the a autocad software which i found very useful. IT's great TBH.

Dipstick001. Up to now we have kept very quiet about your 88, what we consider, ridicules posts made over the last 19 days, as we find it very hard to believe that anybody could be as thick as you try to appear.
We feel that Freddy Merc hit the nail on the head in your very first post, when he asked if your first post was a wind up.
We believe your posts are a wind up, and that you have a lot more knowledge and intelligence than what you make out.
There are a number of pointers in your posts to make us believe this is the case, and if we are right, all you are doing is wasting genuine peoples time.
If we are wrong and you are as thick as what you make out, would suggest that if you wish to learn, either invest in some good reference books, or go to your local library or back to college where you state that you have already spent two years.
oldun

DIY001 posted in another section that he has got "2 years college training but no onsite experiance" in bricklaying. He was looking for some site experience

I don't wish to be rude, but either college training is crap nowadays, or someone sat at the back and was not listening very much (or both)

Also, if the apprentice can't take some ribbing without retorting to abuse or nasty relies, then he has got no chance of surviving on site. In fact, contrary to his perception of hardcore being put at the bottom of trenches before concreting, it will be himself instead ... and he wont find that in any Readers Digest

Mr boldun you wana jump on the bandwagon too now eh. What is this...? Are you guy's part of a monolithic system thats on here to only disdainfully belittle less knowleged Diy'ers.
You MrBoldun sound very rough for a oldun, old age should normally soften a man up but i guess it has'nt in you're case. Are you winding me up too?

Read my post meticulously and point out where i've
1) Insulted anyone
2) Never showed appreciation on good advice

One the other hand you guy arbitrarily have scoffed, belittled, and shown contempt. Now get with the program and show respect! There's a new boy in town!
