Hi people, i have a problem with my garage floor (concrete) letting in water through a crack, I have some sand and cement and intend tommorow to lay it down in a thin layer. Just wondered if i need anything under the cement, like bin bags or plastic sheet? Also i can't afford to get other materials just what i've got and it neeeds doing now! cheers.
