The tils floor (concrete base) of my conservatory has sunk slightly at the point where it joins the house by a double patio door. There is a gap of approx 20 mm along the width of 12'. Without relaying the whole floor what would be the best way to rectify things
red - is it a vertical or horizontal gap of 20mm? Assuming you've fixed the movement problem then cover the gap with something to match the patio doors. PVC moulding for a plastic door, hardwood strip/moulding to match the timber doors.
Tks for response. Its a horizontal gap. Some 10 years ago there was a problem with the lounge floor which was bitumen, we had Structural consultants in to check it out and finished up with new floor and that problem was resolved and we should really have had the conservatory floor done at the same time. I had thought about PVC which would match patio doors and have looked for something at DIY but still searching. Probably best bet would be local glass company who do PVC conservatories, they might let me have some strips to do the job.
