Floor partition between two rooms

Hi everyone, We had has our bathroom redone. The bathroom floor was levelled before floor tiles layed. However the hallway to the bathroom is still uneven. How do I lay a floor partition on the floor between the hallway and the bathroom if the hall and bathroom are not even with each other without having to level the hallway floor also?
