I probably should have come here first before going ahead.
So I believe I have some oak flooring and have recently had a room decorated - wallpaper removed, plastered, painted, and now the floor sanded and varnished.
The issue I have that’s a concern is that he tested an area, then sanded the areas not needed but left the area we agreed on which you can still see.

Thoughts in getting the even lay again?
