Hi,

I had my patio doors fitted into a new extension, they were meant to leave 25mm from the concrete floor, but instead it's 13mm.

This has potebtially restricted the flooring I can use as it would be higher than the threshold of new patio doors.

Is there a solution to this? Something like a strip if the floor is slightly higher?

Thanks

Laminate like quickstep impressive or have a LVT floor

Thanks. I like some of the laminate but they are 8mm and above (5mm doesn't look so wood real). I have been told with the underlay it will take it over the threshold

Thought you have 13mm ?

laminate 8mm and say Timbermate excel underlay 3.6mm = 11.6mm total.

You would be having a incizo trim at the doors anyway which is 13mm height but you can use the ramp at the door if needed.

Is there a gap at the top of the door?
Was the specified measurement in the quote... get them back?
