Flow and return when swapping combi.

If swapping a combi does it matter if you swap the flow and return around under the boiler? I'd reverse flow rad. Valves are on the system.
 
trvs might be a problem if they are not bi directional they may sound like a machine gun when trying to shut down if on wrong side
