flow restrictor for flush pipe

Hi,

I know these things exist, one of the local plumbers merchants used to stock them but doesn't any longer and can't get hold of them, does anyone know where I could get one and what they are officially called if it's different?

My concealed cistern is going high (has a 2m pneumatic tube for the flush button) and I don't want the flush to wash the contents of the pan onto the floor

If you can't get these any more any suggestions? a section of thinner pipe to check the flow (don't want to stop the flush working)

Flush pipe is 1 1/2 inch
