flue planning again..... sorry!!

hello and thanks to all that answer
just to confirm some information from an earlier post. can anyone see any problems with my proposal for the flue below? The flue length isn't to scale and is well within max length even with the 45's.

No, as long as there are NO flue joints within the existing chimney.
