flue siting regs

Good evening gentlemen/ladies.
Can anyone tell me the regs for he siting of a flue from a oil fired combi boiler in relation to the oil tank outside my house. At the moment my flue is within 1 metre of the tank. the house was built in 2001

flue must be 1.8m away from tank
