Flush ceiling light stuck bulb?

Hi,

We're trying to replace this bulb, but can't obviously work out how to remove the old one. Can anyone help?

Cannot see the bulb its self as long as not LED it will twist slightly and drop out or some old spot bulbs are screwed.
