Flush cord outlets

Hi,
while planning on installing an electrical towel radiator, I've decided not to run cable to an FCU located next to toilet and certainly is in a zone 3 area. I now plan to have the FCU the other side of the bathroom wall, and the hall.
If I pass the cable from the towel radiator through the wall, is it to be connected inside of a flush cord outlet and then run from this with mains cable to the FCU ?

Why not run the flex direct to the FCU?
