Fo3 error on optimal 25 c boiler

Optimax boiler (auto correct) this morning I woke up to a error on my boiler saying fo3 so I looked it up and it seid that the safety thermostat tripper how would I fix this and make the error go away? Also have no hot water or heat in the house
