Focus Diy kitchen doors

I have a property I rent out and the tenant has water damaged 2 doors under the sink carcass.

They was bought from Focus diy in 2010. Focus as we know are now bump. The style was a maple shaker. Anyone know if I have a chance of getting these doors. Tried Howden's today who do not sell that colour and rang B n Q who no longer sell Maple colour doors ?

If it's a rental why waste time and money trying to match just stick anything on, tenants will probably trash them as well.
