Recently added an extention to my property and want to add a folding door system between the living room and the new extention. Im installing a Husty 40 system, with 3 doors each weighing 30 KG. Its a top hung system holding all the weight and plan to install the Rail into the outside leaf wall into the existing lintel. Im sure it will be fine but just wanted to double check. With the doors folded up to one end. There will be 90KG of weight handing down and I gull pulling out. Will this all be fine on the existing lintel? I.E the side weight will not pull it out?
I cannot give you much about the existing lintel other then it looks like the catnic dual leaf V shape in the cavity type EG
