ford fiesta ecu

hi i just found this forum and i'm hoping you will be able to help me, my neighbour has an N reg ford fiesta 1.1 and he is having dificulty getting it running, he has changed all the plugs and leads and has tried bypassing the injector and puttin fuel straight in but cannot get it to run so he has asked if i can find out where the ecu diag plug is, and how to get the ecu out of the car!

i do hope someone will know, cheers in advance!
