i was put in an office with a high power sales man and sold the extended warranty at bristol street motors and now 1 year down the road i am being given the run around by them. has anyone had a simalar experience and do they know an answer? my air con is not covered unless it is electric or mechanical and i will have to pay an investigative fee. also my seat in my 2 door does not work right which i would think is mechanical and yet i will still have to pay an investigation fee. also every time i call them i get a mesage saying there is no one to take my call. does anyone know who i could complain to to get my waranty money back?
