Does this apply to all FPNs?

I'm a strong believer that all MP's should enjoy full diplomatic immunity & not fear any form of legal repercussions for any activity they may be involved with.

Hi

If one is not guilty, one does not accept the FNP/s, simples, fact!!!!!!

.

Surely if you were accused of a crime, that you had not been aware you were committing at the time and had the option to either :
A - pay £100 to end the matter
B - go to court and spend 100s or 1000s and have the chance for a formal conviction and bigger fine

you'd pick A.

as do many thousands who are wrongly issued FPNs for parking, blocking yellow box or having a pee in a bush etc.

Never!! I've never had any fine or FNP ever. If I did get one and felt it was wrongly issued, I'd fight it having consulted a solicitor.
For honourable people like me, if I did wrong and got caught, though I may not be happy I will know I deserved it. If I felt it was wrong and I was 100% certain I did nothing wrong, I would take it to court. Formal conviction or not in court as I would go in with a concise and factual notes and keep it plain and simple. I think the magistrates are used to catching out liars, cheats and those trying their lick. I'm proud of my 100% crime-free, FNP free, parking ticket free life and that counts as I've worked hard to stay within the law and no false accusation or misunderstanding on the other's part is going to take that from me.

Name of the game / life is get away with what you can
