French door wont unlock. Poss hinge issue?

hi folks.

Our french doors have locked shut and i cant unlock. The cylinder wont turn.

Not sure if this has any bearibg but i looked at the hinges. The bottom look ok but have attached an image of the top one. Doesnt look right.

Any ideas? Thanks

Looks like they have been wound up beyond maximum adjustment. Get the fitters back, I expect the frame is out of level.
In the mean time slightly forcing the handle up may allow you to unlock it

They were fitted a year ago.

Tried lifting the handle but no luck
