next time it happens open the door and if it stops it could still be an air leak past the seal or somewhere else

is it dead level in all directions??

was it left unplugged and upright for the required time after transportation??

It doesn;t stop when you open it. It sounds as though it is coming from the back of the fridge/freezer.

I don't think it was left unplugged after transportation...my landlord installed it whilst I was at work and it was plugged in when I got home in the evening.

what does it say in the booklet that came with it??

Can you pull it forward a fraction? Maybe the cooling coils are touching the wall behind.
