A friend of mine has asked me to paint his fridge all groovy for him, but I have no idea what kind of paint to use or if the surface needs preparing somehow

Could anybody help me with this please?

they do a appliance paint, I have bought some for an old freezer someone has given me and it comes up really good, if possible spray it outside, but I have only seen it in white ????

International do a fridge paint in white that you brush on or a metallic chrome effect that you spray on. Just google "fridge paint". However, I suspect you want to do "groovy" things with plenty of colours. Maybe you could use model paint? Where are our resident "time served" decorators when you need em? Blo ody early dart on a Friday to the pub, that's where!

you could do a blue peter on the fridge!!!!!!!!

several rolls of stickyback plastic cover fully with base colour cut out shapes as required and apply

Assuming it is metal....why not use car paint? Every colour known to man available with them!
