Friends been forced to move or pay more rent

You haven't answered any points.

Might be best not to directly quote me rebutting several of your points before saying that ;)

Had this chap bought a house he'd be paying less than the council want to "Fine " him now in rent.

So rent is now a "fine", you are a funny one!

Anyway its obvious that any householder will have to accommodate immigrants if their house is under occupied, emergency measures to house the coming millions will be introduced its happened before and its looking like it will happen again.

You're a lefty aren't you? all lefty parties (including the "modern" conservative party which are more left than right) love immigration.

You're not a lefty? then why keep posting such lefty topics and having lefty views?

As to your latest article link, boo hoo, let's find all the poor who will be screwed over because they refuse to move into 1 bedroom places, and the 1% who are genuine, let's ignore all the people who earn money and have more than people that earn less than them because a council house is for life.

was listening to a discussion on radio 2 'jeremy vine' show today.

right lets see if i get this right.

some chap was on and said if a woman had 2 girls under 16 in a 3 bedroom house then she would have to move into a 2 bedroom property.
now once 1 of the girls reaches 16 (apparently)she is entitled to her own room,so the family get moved back into a 3 bedroom property.
once the girls have left home(yeah right)the woman gets moved into a 1 bedroom property.

right if she had a boy and girl, the girl is not allowed to share the room after her 12th birthday.

so there are rules but how on earth are they going to enforce them and how much will this all cost.with all the toing and froing.
