Front Door Lock

Hi there, apologies if this has been asked before, I searched but couldn't find the exact issue.

We have a PVC front door. All of a sudden, it only lets us remove the key when the lock is in an unlocked position. When the lock is open, the key is stuck and can't be removed.

It's not a huge issue as we can still lock the door, but we're hoping to sell the house soon so would love to get it sorted before attempting a locksmith.

Hi, had similar problem at my daughters house, a replacement euro cylinder lock solved it!
Just check the fault exists with both the door closed and the door open. This confirms that all the shoot bolts, levers etc are not to blame.
