front door seals problem

this is the problem...

is there anyway i can fix this..when the door is closed and locked the gap is very small and only from the handle down but i can feel a slight draught...its the hallway that gets it
the seals all look ok...no tears or anything..

Maybe the water is getting in on the top edge of the frame and running down, check the sealing above the door frame.
