Fuel oil boiler keeps locking out

I have a Bentone Electro Burner on my Myson Pressure Jet 70/90 fuel oil boiler. It runs perfectly and intermittently locks out. I have tried a new control box, fitted a new nozzle and solenoid, set up electrode correctly etc but all of this has not helped. There are no abnormal sounds vibrations etc.
any suggestions what to try next?

Check the filters, then change the pump, or get someone in.
