Most notable work is -

UFH spreader plates installed
UFH pipework installed

All plumbing pipework installed​

18mm engineered wood flooring installed
House fully skimmed (third and final professional on site)
Doorcasings filled/sanded
Painting mist coat started

This is fantastic stuff!
I confess I read the details of your WC as "well hung toilet"....but that is just my dirty mind!
With all that insulation, you won't be troubling the CH side of the boiler!

Sigh, pretty much nothing.... an intact 30ish year old local gazette and a very old suitcase was about as good as historic finds got.

Really like the Engineered wood flooring, can I ask where you got it from/it's name?

Its from discount flooring depot (online) and its the Hillwood, Oak Brushed and Lacquered.

All walls and ceilings painted (Macphersons Contract Matt, Crown Contract Matt, Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt, Dulux Trade Diamond Matt, Dulux Easycare Bathroom, Farrow and Ball Estate Emulsion)
Staircase newels and stringers filled, primed and painted (Dulux Trade Wood Primer Undercoat, Dulux Trade Quick Dry Satinwood)
Skirting and Architrave 75% complete
LED downlights fitted throughout (Haler H2 lite 3000k + 4000k)
Sockets, Brushplates and Lightswitches fitted throughout (albeit kitchen)

I actually completed the staircase last week, went for Oak handrail with Glass panels.

Yep, white newels/stringer then oak stringer capping, newel caps and bannister.
